Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive dealership experience, including at least 3 years as a Service Advisor.
• Strong understanding of dealership service operations and repair workflows.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and accurately capture vehicle concerns and service requirements.
• Prepare detailed repair orders with clear cost estimates and job explanations.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to monitor job progress and secure approvals for additional repairs.
• Provide proactive updates regarding service status, timelines, and completion schedules.
• Conduct structured vehicle handover, explaining completed work and final invoices clearly.
• Promote value-added services to support aftersales revenue targets.
• Maintain dealership standards through continuous certification and skill development.
