We seek 2 experienced and highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the design and user experience efforts across key platforms including the website, customer portal, agent portal, and mobile app. This role will play a crucial part in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user‑centered interfaces that enhance user engagement, and experience to drive strategic business requirements. The Senior UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, 3rd‑party vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective user experience.

Years Of Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in delivering digital products in cross‑functional teams from start to finish in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior UI/UX designer, with a proven track record of designing successful digital products such as portals, web and mobile applications.
Other Requirements
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience designing for Salesforce and SAP integrations is a strong advantage.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work and demonstrating your design process.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
  • User‑Centric UI/UX Vision:
    • Lead end-to-end design processes for the website, customer portal, agent portal, and mobile app, from concept to final product implementation.
    • Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
    • Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations through user research and testing.
    • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and user‑friendly interfaces while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • User Research and Testing:
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the user experience iteratively.
    • Collaborate with the CX team to define user personas, user journeys, and use cases, ensuring designs address real user pain points.
    • Iterate on existing products and features to ensure that we are delivering a simple, seamless industry‑leading user experience.
  • Cross‑Functional and External Collaboration:
    • Work closely with CX, IT, 3rd‑party vendors, and consultants to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and provide guidance during the development phase.
    • Collaborate with business leads to align design strategies with business goals and objectives.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to present design concepts, gather feedback, and incorporate suggestions into the design process.
    • Serve as a bridge between Customer Experience, IT and Marketing teams.
