A leading property management company in Dubai is seeking a Compliance & Contract Officer to ensure adherence to UAE regulations and company policies. You will oversee compliance documentation, review contracts, and engage in KYC processes, ensuring all operations align with local laws. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Law or Business Administration and has over 4 years of experience in compliance or legal coordination within the UAE real estate sector.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in compliance, legal coordination, or internal audit within UAE real-estate, hospitality, or property-management sectors.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Commercial Law, RERA regulations, MOHRE Labour Law.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal policies.
• Review management agreements and contracts for compliance.
• Handle documentation and KYC checks for all counterparties.
