Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare hedging settlement instruction and hedging-related journal entries
  • Manage supplier payments related to direct & indirect expenditures, securing approvals and ensuring compliance with policies, in KSA & UAE
  • Supervise junior colleagues and provide process guidance to cross-functional teams
  • Prepare monthly category-wise payment reports, detailing expenses for tax, loans, direct material suppliers, and indirect material suppliers
  • Maintain all bank-related documents, including signing mandates, ensuring they are securely stored and easily accessible.
  • Support bank guarantee, LC and security cheques management
  • Assist in audit processes by arranging balance confirmation in timely manner from all the banks.
  • Support treasury leadership team to drive process improvement (simplification, automation and control)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Preferably with qualifications.
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance or treasury operations.
  • Experience working with banking systems and ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics).
  • Good organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of banking operations and cash flow principles.
