A leading bank in UAE is seeking a Telephony and Communication Engineer responsible for managing the telephony services across local head office and international branches. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in IP Telephony, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a background in multiple vendor products including Avaya and Microsoft. This full-time role does not allow remote work.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in IP Telephony and Call Recording.
• Ability to plan and implement Telephony infrastructure.
• Experience in vendor management and escalation.
