Job Description

• Interface with customers in all technical related issues.
• Analyze customer problems and resolve and close customer complaints, as per assignment from the Engineering Manager.
• Make proper Hardware/Software selection for technical solutions.
• Report on the status of the customer service provided to the engineering Manager.
• Prepare Engineering Software/ Hardware design documents for review by the lead engineer on the project.
• Undertake the implementation and coding of software solutions.
• Undertake the testing process including all internal, workshop, factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).
• Prepare and submit weekly activity reports to the team leader.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the team leader on a given project.
