We are currently working with a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry to recruit a Senior Supply Chain Manager based in Dubai. This critical role will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across the Middle East region, driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's growth objectives in a highly regulated and dynamic market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work closely with commercial, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of supply chain plans.
• Monitor and evaluate inventory and distribution plans throughout the year, adjusting activities as required to reflect changes in market or customer needs and to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor the performance of suppliers and distributors, ensuring work processes are implemented effectively and recommending improvements as needed.
• Conduct regular visits to key markets to collaborate with distributors, review supply chain performance, and implement new strategies for optimization.

Who You Are

• Minimum 8-10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare supply chain experience.
• Experience managing complex supply chain operations in a regulated environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement, distribution, and logistics.
• Expertise in cold chain management and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations in the Middle East.
