Role Overview
The Project and Delivery Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives for the client’s flagship digital wallet. This role demands strong leadership in project planning, execution, stakeholder management and agile delivery across cross‑functional teams. The manager will ensure timely delivery of modernization, regulatory and customer‑experience enhancements while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of strategic digital transformation initiatives including modernization and migration to scalable architectures.
- Manage regulatory and compliance‑driven projects across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional technical and business teams for seamless integration and delivery.
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming and agile ceremonies in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
- Track project milestones, budgets and risks ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory deadlines.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including vendors, compliance and finance.
- Ensure production readiness through SIT, UAT and non‑functional testing phases.
- Maintain documentation including SOPs, delivery plans and release notes.
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and program sponsors.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of experience in project/delivery management, preferably in fintech or digital wallets.
- Proven track record in managing large‑scale tech transformation and regulatory programs.
- Strong understanding of cloud‑native architectures, microservices, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with banking systems such as T24, CRM workflows and digital onboarding.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross‑functional teams across geographies.
- Experience with budgeting, vendor coordination and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
- PMP, Prince2 or Agile certifications preferred.
