Description - External
  • Study institute service fees and prepare standardized training contracts.
  • Identify the gaps in the current situation and suggest Corrective Actions & Areas of Improvement in consultation with the Section Manager.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders concerned in development, enhancement, deployment and measurement of all development and effectiveness programs and processes.
  • Develop, review, and assess training excellence methodologies, policies and processes, its implementation outcomes as per international standards.
  • Prepare of all technical standards, methodologies and mechanisms related to new driving instructor/examiner training, assessing and retraining.
  • Identify and study all training materials used in the training, in accordance with the standards and requirements and benchmark them with global practice and traffic safety requirements.
  • Prepare legislation and laws to regulate drivers licensing activities with service providers, including the institutes, training centers and authorized agents that govern and determine the relationship with them.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
  • Prepare and update agreements and memoranda of understanding with driving institutes, service providers and accredited agents in a manner that ensures full clarity in the common roles and responsibilities and measuring the performance of those agreements.
  • Manage the relationship with accredited service providers and agents, including holding meetings and field visits, following up their performance and preparing the necessary recommendations to develop and raise the efficiency of institutes' performance.
Qualifications - External
  • Education – Bachelor degree in Economics/ Business Administration from a recognized university, Master’s degree is preferred.
