Overview

An amazing role with one of the leading Architecture practices in the region has opened up in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• We are on the search for a Senior Site Architect to join a leading practice involved on several projects across the Mixed-Use, Hospitality and Entertainment sectors.
• Having secured a major project, we have been tasked to appoint a Senior Site Architect to help support the team in being a major part on site.
• You will have experience in overseeing on-site Architectural work ensuring design compliance, coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving issues during construction.
• You must have previous experience in site delivery and have a strong understanding of Architecture processes. You will also have strong reporting skills and be able to lead client meetings on site. Looking for candidates in Abu Dhabi. If you live in Dubai, then you must be in a position to relocate to Abu Dhabi full time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or similar
• Strong design knowledge with the ability to resolve design issues on site
• Must have worked on large scale / notable projects (preferably in Abu Dhabi)
• Experience of leading meetings and working with multiple stakeholders
• Good communication skills
