Job summary

Sardine is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to be the trusted technical advisor to prospective customers. You will lead demos, respond to RFPs, and align customer needs with Sardine’s risk and compliance platform to win new business.

Working with global clients in a fast-paced remote environment, you will collaborate with product and engineering to shape solutions and drive revenue growth while delivering customer excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Sales Engineer, System Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role.
• Prior experience in Risk, Fraud, or Compliance domains.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, and one or more of Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives in identifying a prospect’s fraud and compliance needs.
• Prepare and deliver customized demos showing Sardine’s platform impact.
• Interface with Security teams to articulate our security posture and complete security reviews.
• Complete RFPs for competitive opportunities.
• Create comprehensive Solution Designs addressing prospect needs.
• Collaborate with peers to improve Sales Engineering processes.
• Work with product and engineering to identify improvements and design solutions.
