Job summary

Sardine is rapidly growing its customer success team, seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and maximize their use of Sardine’s fraud, payments, and compliance products.

You will collaborate daily with product, data science, and services teams to translate complex product capabilities into clear client value and drive long-term growth for both customers and Sardine.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS.
• Experience integrating APIs for customers.
• Domain experience in fraud, payments, compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing day-to-day and strategic problems to maximize ROI.
• Understand Sardine product, technology, and strategy; communicate this clearly to customers.
• Translate complex product/tech problems into actionable solutions, managing the process internally and externally.
• Advise on best practices related to fraud and compliance.
• Build, monitor, and communicate KPIs to clients.
• Provide strategic analysis as we plan long-term expansion.
• Collaborate with risk analytics to address new fraud typologies and share findings.
