The Strategic Account Manager will manage a handful of customers, acting as their Sardine stakeholder to maximize product value and coordinate with risk analytics, data science, integrations and product teams to meet risk, fraud, and payment needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS.
• Domain experience in fraud, payments, compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC.
• Experience in banking vertical is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings.
• Previous customer-facing experience with a technical product.
• Exceptional project management and ability to balance multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using business intelligence tools.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate complex strategies into actionable processes.
• Natural relationship builder and collaborator.
• Continuous process improvement mindset.
• Passion for increasing customer efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for day-to-day and strategic issues to maximize ROI.
• Develop deep understanding of Sardine's product, technology and strategy.
• Translate complex problems into actionable internal and external solutions.
• Advise on best practices related to fraud and compliance.
• Build, monitor and communicate client KPIs.
• Provide strategic analysis for long-term expansion.
• Collaborate with risk analytics teams to solve fraud typologies and share findings.
