Job summary

Axon is seeking a remote Sales Engineering professional who will own pre-sales engagements for Dedrone technology. Travel up to 50% to meet with customers and partners, and work under the Director of Sales Engineering.

You will master the product stack, deliver compelling technical demos, and coordinate with IT leaders and channel partners to address requirements and craft Statements of Work.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Associate degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or 5+ years relevant experience).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Master Dedrone technology and related platform offerings.
• Lead technical and business presentations to IT leadership and channel partners.
• Coordinate pre-sales activities and respond to RFIs/SOWs.
• Manage customer expectations and align solutions with objectives.
• Develop technical documentation to ease customer adoption.
