Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture.
• Experience in fraud prevention, AML/KYC compliance, or financial crime risk.
• Strong understanding of APIs integration.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers and help maximize their ROI in Sardine.
• Translate complex product problems into actionable solutions.
• Work with risk analytics teams to solve new fraud typologies.
