Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering.
• 5–7 years selling maintenance & service contracts within UAE.
• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Understand and showcase Johnson Controls BMS portfolio to meet customer expectations and close opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities with pre-sales to offer techno-commercial solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and direct tenders.
• Differentiate Johnson Controls using market knowledge, sales strategy, products and services.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and anticipate needs.
• Plan and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Stakeholder mapping for strategic accounts to expand presence in JCI installed base.
• Adhere to company processes and compliance with zero tolerance.
