Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer, Security Systems in the UAE to lead sales across CCTV, access control, and analytics for new construction and existing clients. You will report to the Sales Manager, Security Systems - GCC, and drive profitable growth with a focus on technology-driven solutions.

You will qualify and close opportunities, differentiate Johnson Controls, and manage stakeholder engagement from contractors to end users, ensuring higher win rates and territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics or instrumentation.
• 5–6 years' experience in security systems sales in UAE.
• Experience in designing technical solutions and advising customers.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Determined, results-driven with strong sales drive.
• Ability to deliver technical solution presentations.
• Fluent English.
• UAE driving license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Sell the security systems portfolio (CCTV, access control, CCS, analytics) for UAE market.
• Meet and exceed sales targets across new construction and existing client base.
• Create competitive value propositions and high-quality proposals; participate in tendering and bidding.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and manage multiple priorities with strong planning and time management.
