Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Senior Sales Engineer based in Abu Dhabi to lead sales initiatives for Fire Protection and Security systems across the MEA region. You will report to the Sales Manager as part of the Sales-Contracting Team (Oil and Gas) and drive growth with key customers in UAE.

You will chase opportunities, prepare high-quality proposals, and participate in tenders while leveraging your market knowledge to differentiate our offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Fluent English language skills.
• UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive proposals and participating in tendering and bidding processes.
• Demonstrate expertise in Fire Protection and detection systems and differentiate Johnson Controls.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and drive territory growth across the UAE.
