Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive security systems sales in the UAE. The role focuses on CCTV, access control, and ELV solutions, delivering profitable growth across targeted clients and new construction projects.

You will qualify opportunities, propose competitive value, and support tendering with the pre-sales team while building strong relationships with contractors, consultants and end users. Fluency in English and UAE driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the UAE sales target for the Security Systems portfolio.
• Sell new construction projects and grow market share with existing and new clients.
• Prepare high-quality proposals and participate in tendering and bidding with the pre-sales team.
• Build long-term relationships with Contractors, Consultants and End Users.
