Responsibilities

• Lead UAE National REHLATY (Relationship Managers in the Making) team.
• Deliver on revenue, asset growth and customer acquisition targets.
• Coach and mentor team to develop skills and achieve KPIs.
• Drive digital adoption and cross-sell across Priority Banking products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards.
