Standard Chartered is seeking a Senior Director & Team Head, Priority Banking to drive unit performance, develop high-profile client relationships, and lead a focused group of Relationship Managers and Client Service Managers in the UAE. You will shape strategy, manage risk, and align with regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional client solutions.

Qualifications

• University graduate with experience in sales and relationship management.
• Experience in handling Banking & Investment Products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and HNI community.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance towards targets for sales volumes, new customers, and portfolio growth.
• Manage and develop relationships with high-profile clients to grow business.
• Lead and develop the team of RMs and CSMs to achieve budgeted cross-sell targets.
• Develop marketing and sales promotions in collaboration with central teams.
• Provide intelligence reports to senior management on market needs and competitor offerings.
