The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 5 years of experience in procurement, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. The role involves cost control, compliance, and team leadership. Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or PMP are preferred.
• Experience in industry-specific procurement (construction, FMCG, etc.) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process from RFQs to delivery tracking.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Track and analyze procurement spend, developing cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead, train, and develop the procurement team.
