A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Lead Process Engineer for a role focused on Gas Processing design in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, including expertise in concept and FEED phases. Responsibilities include guiding engineering tasks, reviewing documentation, and training junior engineers. Strong communication skills are essential, and familiarity with industry standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Upstream & Midstream Oil and Gas industry.
• At least 6 years in LDE role during Concept, FEED, and Engineering stages.
• Experience with development of PFDs, PSFDs, and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Engineer responsible for Process Design and Engineering.
• Review enquiry documentation and perform pre-bid engineering.
• Guide and train Process Engineers on the Project.
