Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in relationship management and affluent client services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to onboard new clients and develop relationships in the region.

Aufgaben

• Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development, driving the Digital Agenda.
• Generate new business to hit targets in customers, volumes and revenue.
• Induct NTB customers brought in by Branches & Direct Sales teams.
• Create sales call plans to acquire large prospects via referrals.
• Update and maintain Sales MIS including calls, prospects and pipeline.
• Meet customer expectations and minimize complaints while delivering professional service.
• Lead by example and align team with risk controls and values.
• Detect suspicious transactions and ensure AML compliance.
• Achieve compliance with Anti-Bribery, AML and crime risk procedures.
• Obtain SCA license and complete CPD requirements post-licensing.
