Job summary

Standard Chartered in the UAE seeks a Senior Director & Team Head, Priority Banking to drive performance, grow the client base and deliver differentiated financial solutions to high-profile clients while managing risk and regulatory requirements.

You will lead a team of RMs and CSMs, develop relationships, and collaborate with product and central teams to grow deposits, loans and investments, contributing to the bank's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• University graduate with strong sales and relationship management experience.
• Experience in handling banking and investment products and advisory services.
• Proven ability in sales planning and delivering revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership to coach and motivate teams and drive performance.
• Knowledge of UAE business environment and HNIs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Priority Banking team to achieve sales volumes and new customers.
• Drive portfolio growth and manage client relationships with high-profile clients.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls in daily operations.
• Collaborate with marketing and central teams to implement promotions.
• Provide regular updates to senior management with MIS reporting.
• Develop and retain top performers through coaching and development.
