About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning

• Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identifying resource requirements and allocating resources effectively.
• Establishing project milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Scheduling

• Creating and maintaining project schedules using tools like Primavera.
• Monitoring project progress and updating schedules accordingly.
• Identifying potential delays and devising mitigation plans.

Risk Management

• Identifying and assessing project risks.
• Developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Monitoring and reporting on risk status.

Performance Monitoring

• Tracking project performance against objectives and KPIs.
• Conducting regular progress reviews and status meetings.
• Generating performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Change Management

• Managing project changes and ensuring proper documentation.
• Assessing the impact of changes on project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Implementing change control procedures.

Stakeholder Communication

• Maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.
• Preparing and presenting project updates and reports.
• Ensuring alignment between project team and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance
