In role, you will lead overseas mid-to-senior recruitment efforts to ensure a high-quality, sustainable talent pipeline for the Group’s international markets. You will empower regional HR teams, provide recruitment support for critical business scenarios, and contribute to the development of standardized recruitment frameworks and best practices.
Role & Responsibilities
Overseas Mid-to-Senior Talent Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for overseas mid-to-senior level positions, including management and key technical roles
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with the Group’s business model and overseas operations
- Independently manage requirement clarification, sourcing, talent mapping, interview assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up
- Build and maintain a talent pool for critical hiring needs
Overseas Recruitment Team Enablement & Capability Building
- Contribute to the development of standardized recruitment frameworks, tools, and guidelines
- Coach and enable regional or overseas recruitment teams on sourcing, interview skills, and best practices
- Optimize recruitment models considering local labor markets, cultural differences, and talent availability
- Share recruitment experience and best practices at the Group level to enhance professionalism
Urgent Business Support & Special Assignments
- Support urgent or high-complexity recruitment needs for overseas business units
- Provide strategic recruitment guidance during key projects and market expansion initiatives

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in HR or related field is advantageous.
- English proficiency required; Chinese speaker highly preferred.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience (international preferred).
- Familiar with overseas recruitment channels and compliance.
- Manufacturing, energy, or engineering industry experience is a plus.
- Proven experience sourcing mid-to-senior and hard-to-fill roles.
