Position Summary

Harjai Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network & Security Engineer to support large‑scale enterprise and cloud environments across Dubai. This role requires deep hands-on expertise across routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, NAC, wireless, cloud networking, and advanced security frameworks. The successful candidate will design, integrate, secure, and troubleshoot mission-critical infrastructure in hybrid environments.

Detailed Job Description

As a Senior Network & Security Engineer, you will architect and operate multi‑vendor network and security platforms while ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance. You will work extensively with firewalls, VPN technology, F5 load balancers, NAC solutions, cloud networking (Azure/AWS), and Cisco ACI fabrics. You will also support enterprise wireless solutions and security operations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and dynamic enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support enterprise routing and switching (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Manage secure connectivity using DMVPN, MPLS, and GRE over IPsec
• Administer and troubleshoot firewalls: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point, Cisco ASA
• Deploy and support site-to-site VPNs (route-based & policy-based)
• Configure and optimize F5 Load Balancers (LTM & GTM)
• Design and support cloud networking in Azure and AWS
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI fabric
• Apply strong knowledge of SSL/TLS, IPsec, and network security protocols
• Deploy and maintain NAC solutions such as ClearPass
• Support and optimize Aruba wireless infrastructure
• Monitor network health using tools such as SolarWinds
• Apply security best practices and work with vulnerability management solutions
• Use ITSM platforms such as Remedy/BMC Helix for workflow and incident handling
• Lead troubleshooting and RCA for complex network/security issues

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in network and security engineering
• Hands-on experience across multi‑vendor firewall platforms
• Strong skills in routing, switching, tunneling, and secure connectivity
• Expertise in F5 LTM/GTM and Cisco ACI fabric
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud networking
• Hands-on with ClearPass and Aruba wireless solutions
• Ability to manage enterprise monitoring and ITSM tools
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills
• MOFA attestation mandatory

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Professional certifications (CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, NSE, F5‑CA/CE, AWS/Azure)
