Responsibilities include preparing cost estimations and supporting sales activities with technical proposals. This role requires good communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with local codes and suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing systems.
• Hands-on experience in estimation and costing.
• Familiar with UAE codes, standards, and local suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimations, BOQs, and tenders for HVAC & Plumbing projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.
• Support sales activities with technical proposals and value engineering.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
• Assist in pricing strategies and project feasibility assessments.
