About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Senior HR Specialist to support and enhance the HR function within a fast-paced, multicultural corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring smooth alignment across HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
  • Support policy implementation, HR procedures, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers, including job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance records in coordination with Finance and Payroll teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent HR standards and employee experience.
  • Participate in HR initiatives such as performance cycles, engagement activities, and internal communications.
  • Ensure smooth communication, timely updates, and support to employees across all HR matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4â6 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational or regional corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large teams across multiple departments or business units.
  • Previous exposure to high-volume HR operations or fast-paced service-oriented environments.
