Job summary

Meraki Group in Dubai seeks an experienced HR operations and recruitment lead to manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure UAE Labour Law compliance, and drive HRIS-based record keeping. The role requires 5+ years in UAE HR, with preference for real estate sector experience and strong English/Hindi communication.

  • Dubai-based real estate developer/property development company experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all positions.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR data through HRMS/HRIS.
  • Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, work permit and other employee documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs, overtime, and leave salary processes.
  • Prepare HR MIS, manpower, headcount reports and management dashboards.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and probation confirmations.
  • Assist onboarding, induction and exit formalities.

Job description

Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions.

Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.

Maintain and update employee records and HR data through HRMS.

Manage attendance, leave, employee documentation, and HR reports.

Coordinate with PRO/admin teams for visa, Emirates ID, work permit, and other employee-related requirements.

Support payroll inputs, overtime, leave salary, and other HR-related payroll processes.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.

Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports, headcount reports, and management dashboards.

Coordinate employee performance appraisal and probation confirmation processes.

Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

Maintain proper personnel files and ensure HR documentation is up to date.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and recruitment requirements.

Ensure confidentiality and compliance in handling employee information.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably with a Dubai-based real estate developer/property development company.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.

Hands-on experience in HRMS/HRIS.

Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.

Proven experience in employee relations and grievance handling.

Good knowledge of UAE visa, work permit, and employee documentation processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

English + Hindi speaking is mandatory.

Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.

Immediate joiner / short notice candidates preferred.
