Position Summary
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for providing operational HR support across UAE entities, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle activities, payroll administration, visa and labor compliance, employee relations, HR documentation, and HR governance. The role acts as a key point of contact between employees, management, vendors, and government authorities to maintain an efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR operation.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment documentation including offer letters, contracts, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and resignation acceptance letters.
- Maintain complete and accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Manage probation reviews and employee confirmation processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain employee departure records.
- Ensure all HR documentation is audit-ready and properly filed.
Visa & Government Compliance
- Coordinate employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
- Liaise with PRO, immigration authorities, MOHRE, free zones, and other government bodies.
- Track visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Support labor contract updates and compliance documentation.
- Maintain compliance records for audits and regulatory inspections.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Support monthly payroll preparation and verification.
- Validate attendance records, leave balances, reimbursements, incentives, commissions, and salary adjustments.
- Coordinate WPS and non-WPS payroll related activities.
- Manage employee health insurance enrollments, renewals, additions, and deletions.
- Assist with payroll reporting and employee cost tracking.
Employee Relations
- Serve as first point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
- Address employee concerns and elevate complex issues when necessary.
- Support disciplinary processes and documentation.
- Promote employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and workplace culture programs.
Recruitment & Talent Support
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition teams during hiring activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports.
- Support manpower planning and vacancy tracking.
HR Compliance & Audit
- Maintain accurate HR databases and employee master records.
- Support internal HR audits and compliance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation requested by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
HR Operations & Administration
- Coordinate employee letters, certificates, references, and HR correspondence.
- Manage HR filing systems and document repository.
- Support office administration activities when required.
- Assist with employee events, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives.
- Undertake other HR operational tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of HR Operations or HR Generalist experience.
- UAE experience preferred.
- Experience handling employee lifecycle documentation, payroll support, and visa administration.
- Exposure to multi-country or regional HR operations is an advantage.

- Experience using HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
- English fluency required;
