Job summary

Meraki Developers in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and drive recruitment for corporate and site-level positions. You will handle employee relations, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and maintain HR records and dashboards.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in UAE HR, with hands-on HRMS experience, and strong communication in English and Hindi. Immediate joiners preferred; female candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience in UAE, preferably with a Dubai-based developer/company.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems and data management.
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle management.
  • Lead recruitment for corporate and project/site roles.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Coordinate visa, Emirates ID and work permit processes with PRO/admin teams.
  • Support payroll inputs and leave management.
  • Prepare HR MIS and headcount reports for management.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation.

Job Description:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project/site-level positions.

Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.

Maintain and update employee records and HR data through HRMS.

Manage attendance, leave, employee documentation, and HR reports.

Coordinate with PRO/admin teams for visa, Emirates ID, work permit, and other employee-related requirements.

Support payroll inputs, overtime, leave salary, and other HR-related payroll processes.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.

Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports, headcount reports, and management dashboards.

Coordinate employee performance appraisal and probation confirmation processes.

Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

Maintain proper personnel files and ensure HR documentation is up to date.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and recruitment requirements.

Ensure confidentiality and compliance in handling employee information.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably with a Dubai-based real estate developer/property development company.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.

Hands-on experience in HRMS/HRIS.

Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.

Proven experience in employee relations and grievance handling.

Good knowledge of UAE visa, work permit, and employee documentation processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hindi + English speaking is mandatory.

Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.

Immediate joiner / short notice candidates preferred.

Female candidates are preferred.
