A leading architectural firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Architect to support healthcare facility projects. The role involves monitoring site progress, ensuring compliance with designs, and coordinating with various disciplines. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 10 years in the UAE, and a Bachelor's in Architecture. This full-time position requires strong technical skills, particularly in interior design and project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of general experience with 10 years of Healthcare experience.
• Must have minimum 10 years of UAE experience.
• Complete project understanding in given discipline, from start to handover.

Responsibilities

• Supporting day to day site progress and inspections.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of interior architectural activities.
• Preparing weekly technical interiors report.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge in interior details and Hospital fit-out

Design Skills (AutoCAD, Revit)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Efficiency in time and task management

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture
