Job summary

Opus is hiring a Senior Account Executive to own revenue generation across insurance and healthcare accounts in the GCC. This hybrid hunting role requires building pipeline through events, outreach, and leveraging an established GCC network.

You will manage partner-sourced inbound opportunities and run structured discovery to qualify deals, while maintaining CRM hygiene and accurate forecasts. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B technology sales in GCC
• Proven track record winning enterprise GCC accounts
• Established GCC banks, insurers, healthcare contacts
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles in regulated environments
• Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline via events and outreach
• Strong consultative selling and proposal structuring skills
• Arabic language is a strong advantage; English fluency required

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert partner-sourced inbound opportunities from qualification to close
• Generate pipeline through your network, events, and targeted outreach into insurance and healthcare accounts across the GCC
• Run structured discovery to uncover business challenges, technical landscape, budget, decision authority, and timelines
• Qualify hard against ICP — protect the team's time and move fast on strong fits
• Work with partners on referral pipelines, joint sales motions, and co-selling
• Translate ambiguous client needs into clear scopes, proposals, and pricing structures
• Maintain clean CRM records, accurate forecasts, and complete handovers to Delivery post-close
• Monitor early project delivery to catch scope drift before it becomes a problem
