Job summary

Jibble Group in Dubai is expanding into the GCC market and is hiring a senior, full-cycle Account Executive to own sales in the region. You will prospect, make outbound calls, conduct in-person meetings, and close deals across construction and field-operations-heavy industries.

Based in the GCC with preference for Dubai/UAE, you will travel regularly, speak Arabic and English, and build a territory from scratch. A 5+ years track record in B2B outbound sales and quota attainment is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of B2B outbound sales experience.
• Native Arabic speaker, fluent in English.
• Based in GCC; Dubai/UAE preferred.
• Extensive cold-calling experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Willing to travel regularly within the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business across the GCC.
• Run outbound calling campaigns to connect directly with decision-makers.
• Travel regularly within the region to meet prospects and customers.
• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospect, pitch, negotiate, close.
• Represent Jibble at regional industry events.
• Feed market intelligence back to the team as one of the first on the ground in the region.
