Seez in Dubai UAE is seeking a Head of GCC Sales to lead revenue growth, build lasting partnerships and convert opportunities into impact. You will inherit a solid base of top-tier clients and a respected brand as you drive expansion across the GCC.

You will spearhead business development and account management, align with marketing and product, and guide a regional sales team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SaaS sales, solid GCC automotive knowledge, and a proven track record closing deals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry and GCC dynamics.
• You're a closer with numbers-driven approach.
• Experience managing key accounts and growing client relationships.
• Team player who can lead and collaborate across functions.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC region.

Responsibilities

• Drive the regional sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Map the market and create smart go-to-market plans.
• Provide guidance to the wider sales team to foster high-performance culture.
• Work with marketing and product to shape a winning sales strategy.
• Manage and expand our key account portfolio and deepen trust.
• Ensure flawless onboarding and implementation with delivery teams.
• Be the voice of the customer to influence product and support.
