Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage client relationships across the UAE and wider GCC. You will drive new business development and account growth by engaging senior stakeholders and closing opportunities in Market Research, Data Analytics, and SaaS solutions.

In this hybrid role, you will own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, using HubSpot CRM to forecast revenue and coordinate with marketing, research, product, and delivery teams to design

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in B2B such as market research, analytics, consulting, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of UAE/GCC business landscape with experience engaging mid to senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, with a deep understanding of their objectives and challenges.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Position Muhimma’s offerings—Market Research, Data Analytics, and SaaS Platform—by clearly demonstrating business value, insights, and ROI.
• Use HubSpot CRM to track client interactions, manage the sales cycle, and forecast revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing, research, product, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals aligned with client objectives and company revenue targets.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
