Job summary

Applied AI is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue across insurance and healthcare accounts in the GCC. This hybrid hunting role combines partner-sourced inbound with self-built pipeline through network, events, and outreach.

Candidates should have 10+ years in B2B technology sales in the GCC, with a proven track record in enterprise deals within regulated sectors. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B technology sales in the GCC region.
• Proven track record winning enterprise business in GCC.
• Established network across banks, insurers, healthcare and other regulated sectors.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in regulated environments.
• Ability to self-source pipeline through events, relationships and outreach.
• Strong consultative selling skills and independent proposal leadership.
• Commercial instincts in pricing, negotiation and value framing.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert partner-sourced inbound opportunities from qualification to close.
• Generate pipeline through your network, events, and outreach into GCC insurance and healthcare accounts.
• Conduct structured discovery to uncover business challenges, tech landscape, budget, and decision timelines.
• Qualify strictly against ICP and maintain focus on high-fit opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners on referrals, joint motions, and co-selling.
• Translate client needs into clear scopes, proposals, and pricing structures.
• Maintain clean CRM, forecasts, and smooth handovers to Delivery post-close.
• Monitor early delivery to catch scope drift before it becomes a problem.
