Job summary

A leading fintech company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to expand its UAE client base. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B enterprise sales, particularly within fintech or data analytics, and be able to manage a full sales cycle effectively. Responsibilities include driving new business, developing relationships with institutional investors, and collaborating with internal teams for customer success. This role requires a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a willingness to travel within the UAE.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in fintech, SaaS, data, or analytics solutions.
  • Strong track record of quota attainment and new business development.
  • Experience selling into institutional investors or financial services firms preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across UAE targeting alternative investors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract close.
  • Develop relations with senior stakeholders across financial segments.
  • Identify opportunities through research and networking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams for lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and reporting in CRM.
