Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a highly accomplished Account Executive to join the Digital Natives team in Dubai. You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles, acquire new logos, and drive growth across high-value portfolios, engaging from C-suite to technical leaders.

The role requires deep technical understanding, strategic pipeline management, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to close large platform deals and deliver digital transformation for customers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 8+ years selling complex tech solutions in a B2B enterprise model.
• Deep expertise in Cloud Networking, Security and Edge Computing.
• Ability to map customer IT architectures to Cloudflare Reference Architectures.
• Proven track record leading virtual cross-functional teams to close complex deals.
• Strong strategic communication to executives and technical decision-makers.
• Negotiation skills with history of closing large, multi-million deals.
• Understanding of digital transformation trends and customer outcomes.
• Coaching and mentoring teammates to improve outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; engineering/CS preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute territory and account plans to exceed multi-million dollar targets.
• Lead strategic pipeline management with accurate forecasting and insights.
• Understand customer IT architectures and map to Cloudflare architectures.
• Coordinate multi-engagement sales across business units and executives.
• Lead virtual teams with Product, Deal Desk, and Legal to close opportunities.
• Position Cloudflare as a digital transformation enabler for enterprise customers.
• Negotiate complex contracts and drive win-win outcomes.
• Build executive relationships to drive adoption, renewal, and expansion.
