These opportunities are suited to engineers with strong technical expertise, proven project delivery experience, and the ability to operate within fast‑paced, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept and design through to execution and handover
• Apply advanced engineering principles to resolve complex technical and operational challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, international standards, and health & safety requirements
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to junior engineers and technical staff
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline)
• 7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience, depending on discipline and role scope
• Proven experience working on complex engineering projects within construction, infrastructure, industrial, energy, utilities, or oil & gas environments
• Strong technical expertise within your engineering discipline
• Familiarity with UAE regulations, international codes, and industry standards
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional, multicultural teams
• Professional Engineer registration or equivalent certification is advantageous (role‑dependent)
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
