A leading consultancy in Dubai is looking for a Sr. D365 Functional Consultant to help organizations implement and leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 effectively. You will engage with stakeholders, analyze business processes, configure Dynamics modules, and provide training. Ideal candidates have a degree in Computer Science, relevant certifications, and over 10 years of experience in the field, along with substantial project management background.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience required.
• Must have 3-4 implementation projects and 3-4 support project experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics modules.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases.
• Develop test plans and conduct functional testing.
• Assist in the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing the use of the system.
• Support project planning, including scope definition.
