Job summary

Mace Group seeks an experienced EDMS and document control specialist to support a large-scale residential development in Dubai. You will manage Aconex, SharePoint and MS Office workflows, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance and effective information flow.

You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes, while supporting safety, sustainability and governance requirements on site in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification required.
• Strong experience with EDMS platforms (Aconex, SharePoint, MS Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; precise document control.
• Knowledge of project workflows and documentation processes best practices.
• Analytical thinker able to influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
