Seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager with a proven background in real estate marketing and Digital marketing with emphasis on Media Performance. The ideal candidate should have a combined experience in real estate company and a digital marketing agency, with strategic thinking, solid experience in managing real estate launches and performance marketing expertise to deliver campaigns that launches projects successfully, build brand equity, generate qualified leads, and enhance community engagement.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial developments.
  • Oversee the entire marketing lifecycle, from campaign planning and launch to post-handover community engagement.
  • Manage digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, real estate portals) to drive quality leads and conversions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative, digital, and offline marketing materials.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including sales, design, and development to align strategies and execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize marketing activities for improved ROI.
