Job summary

A leading payments technology firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager fluent in both Spanish and English. You will manage client relationships, ensure successful onboarding, and advocate for customer needs. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in customer success. Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, preferably in SaaS companies.
  • Detail oriented with analytical and creative thinking.
  • Knowledge of the F&B and Retail industries is a plus.

  • Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth transition.
  • Own long-term relationships and act as main client contact.
  • Advocate for customer needs and feedback within the company.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and develop success plans.
