Job summary

A leading real estate services firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to oversee project costs in construction and real estate development. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in cost management, including consultancy/PMC work, with strong skills in cost estimation software and MS Office. RICS membership and experience with high-value projects (approximately AED 1 billion) are required. You'll support cost and commercial leadership and manage client relations to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cost management for construction projects.
• Consultancy/PMC experience for the last 5 years.
• Experience with high value projects (circa AED 1 billion).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project costs throughout construction and real estate development.
• Provide support in the delivery of pre and post-contract services.
• Lead bids with new and existing clients.
