Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cost Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with a proven track record of successfully controlling costs and managing budgets for large-scale projects. The Senior Cost Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, including cost estimates, forecasts, and actual costs
  • Monitor project expenses and identify any variances from the budget
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked and reported
  • Analyze project data and provide regular reports to management on project financial performance
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cost control
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to manage vendor contracts and invoices
