Job summary

A leading global consultancy seeks a Senior Commercial / Contracts Manager to join their infrastructure team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in managing contracts for major high-speed rail projects. Responsibilities include managing commercial aspects, monitoring contract performance, and supporting the pre-contracts management team. A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and fluency in English are required. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years postgraduate experience on a major high-speed rail project.
• Professional qualification in MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent is preferable.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of executing the programme management consultants role.
• Monitor and report on contract administration performance.
• Provide support to the pre-contracts management team.
