Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. in Dubai is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic deals and multi-million dollar pipelines. You will architect territory plans, build executive relationships, and align Cloudflare Reference Architectures with customer environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive digital transformation initiatives, and negotiate complex contracts, delivering measurable business outcomes for large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of advanced experience selling complex technology solutions to large enterprise companies in Emerging Markets.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
• Deep expertise in Cloud Networking, Security, and Edge Computing technologies.
• Proven ability to understand complex IT architectures and map them to platform solutions.
• Demonstrated success leading and influencing virtual cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional strategic communication and presentation skills for executive leadership.
• Advanced negotiation skills for large, six-figure and multi-million dollar deals.
• Expert-level sales acumen in discovery, positioning, and competitive selling.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, MEDDPICC.
• Bachelor's degree, with a technical background preferred.
• Ability to travel as required to engage with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute territory and account plans to exceed multi-million dollar sales targets
• Lead proactive and strategic pipeline management and deliver highly accurate forecasts
• Develop a profound understanding of customers' IT architectures and align Cloudflare Reference Architectures to customer environments
• Orchestrate and manage multiple complex customer engagements simultaneously across various business units
• Lead virtual cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Deal Desk, and Legal to close complex opportunities
• Act as an authority on digital transformation and position Cloudflare as a critical enabler
• Articulate strategic value propositions directly linking them to customer business outcomes
• Expertly lead and navigate complex contract negotiations
• Build long-term, executive-level strategic relationships to ensure deep customer adoption and retention
• Contribute to organizational impact by sharing insights and coaching team members
